Driven by an unyielding desire to stay at the forefront of the industry, Kelly pursued various certifications to expand her repertoire. She became a certified expert in Fused and Weft Extensions, allowing her to transform clients' hair with impeccable precision and artistry. Additionally, she attained the revered Ouidad certification, mastering the specialized techniques required for curly and textured hair. Kelly's commitment to excellence is exemplified through her belief in lifelong learning. Recognizing the potential to create her own legacy and provide an exceptional opportunity for her children, Bella and Skylar, she made the bold decision to open her own salon under the cherished Frangipani name. For a year, Kelly and her team flourished, delighting clients and fostering a sense of beauty and community.
However, ever the visionary, Kelly yearned to create something uniquely her own—a lasting legacy that embodied her roots in New Orleans and the boundless aspirations she held for her children. Thus, in a moment of inspiration, Belle Ciel was born, a name that beautifully captures the essence of her daughters, Bella and Skylar, and her deep connection to the enchanting city of New Orleans.
